Excavation, fill, grading and topsoil work may be carried out by qualified subcontractors that we select and manage, and we coordinate the schedule and handoff. Your written scope states which parts we perform and which are subcontracted. Not every project is structured this way, and some customers prefer a clearing-only quote and arrange the rest themselves.
